As Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Digital Engagement for Commercial Markets, Kelly Kimberland is responsible for all commercial products marketing strategy, campaign management and digital marketing initiatives for UPMC Insurance Services Division and UPMC Health Plan. Kimberland joined UPMC Health Plan in March 2010 as Director, Social Marketing where she designed and launched the organization’s digital marketing initiative and mobile app. During her tenure, Kimberland has led all business-to-business and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and campaigns for acquisition, member engagement and retention resulting in numerous awards including recognition from Search Engine Land with its Landy Award for In-House SEO Team of the Year.
Kimberland has been in the marketing and public relations industry for more than 20 years with experience in public/media relations, thought leadership, digital marketing, , crisis communications, analyst relations and branding within the health care, software engineering, cybersecurity and technology industries.
