Neal has 13+ years of business advisory experience focused on healthcare commercial business model challenges. Areas of emphasis include product strategy, customer strategy, channel strategy and geographic market strategy. He also has deep expertise in the area of retail growth and innovation, focused particularly on enhancing existing revenue streams and identifying/ realizing new revenue streams. Neal is a member of the Monitor Deloitte Healthcare Strategy Leadership team and is one of the organization’s leaders on the topic of cross-sector convergence. He splits his time equally across the Life Sciences (both biopharma and Medtech) and Health (Insurance) Plan sectors. Recent engagements include a network and providerfacing strategy for a leading US health insurance plan, a global patient segmentation for a leading medical device business, a post-merger business unit strategy for a large healthcare business, a retail sales and distribution strategy refresh for a national health plan, a consumer healthcare growth strategy for a top global retailer, and strategic planning for a diversified healthcare company. Neal is the S&O Champion for New York, as well as the New York Direct Hire Consultant Program Lead. Neal holds his MBA from London Business School and a BBA from the College of William & Mary.
