Transformed digital learning and IT strategy by implementing a consumer-focused, value-driven, and designenabled broad digital initiative to generate revenue and discrete ROI from IT and digital learning products. Also managed corporate training, e-learning, and large grant initiatives with budgets in the multi-millions of dollars.
DIRECTOR – ETEACHING AND TECHNOLOGY GROUP, UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA (USF) — 2002-2012
Progressively developed the 6th largest university in the US into an online learning powerhouse generating over $35 million in revenue per year with an $8 million spend on design and development from over 220,000 online course enrollments per year. Also generated over $1.5 million per year from collaborative grant-funded projects at the Research-1 university and helped enable philanthropic revenues in excess of $1 billion.
MANAGER – INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN/CONTENT DEVELOPMENT — 2000-2002
Played a leadership role in building the intrapreneurial startup, Tata Interactive Systems (part of the $108 billion, Fortune 500 Tata Group of Companies), from 60 employees to the world’s largest custom e-learning development firm with 650+ employees and revenues over $35 million a year in less than two years.
