Rachel is the Director of Product Strategy and Development at Highmark and focuses on various aspects of product including benefit design, network, customer service, member engagement, clinical offerings, pricing strategy, and distribution across large group and national markets. This also includes identifying emerging innovations and influencers, analyzing opportunities and market demand, and developing detailed and specific plans to drive results. Throughout her career, in various health care related roles, she has focused on how to optimize and deliver a differentiated customer experience. By gaining a deep understand of the needs of the customers and the challenges they face, she has been able to develop strategies that drive tangible behavior change and results.
