Rahul is the Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. He is spearheading a transformation of CareFirst’s digital presence by redefining how technology drives engagement between CareFirst and its market constituents (members, employers, brokers, and partners). In addition, Rahul is responsible for the delivery of strategic initiatives pertaining to wellness, the provider directory, health incentive programs, consumer transparency, consumer directed health plans, student health plans, and broker administration. In his current role, Rahul is uniquely positioned to advance CareFirst’s digital strategy, translating the CareFirst mission into sustainable technology solutions that meet the market demands and promote a premium brand experience.
