Associate Commissioner, Life and Health, Maryland Insurance Administration
Robert (Bob) Morrow, Jr. Esq. serves as the Associate Commissioner for Life and Health at the Maryland Insurance Administration. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Life and Annuities, Health and Managed Care, Appeals and Grievances, and Complaints sections of the unit. He had previously served as the Associate Commissioner of Hearings at the Maryland Insurance Administration where he managed the administrative hearings office and issued case decisions for contested cases. He joined the Insurance Administration from Transamerica where he spent thirteen years as legal counsel to its Life and Protection Division and Affinity Markets Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington College and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Professional Insurance Marketing Association.
