Stephen O’Malley joined Health Dialog in 2005 and is currently director of the analytics team within the client services organization. For the last nine years, Stephen has led the team that evaluates the impact of Health Dialog’s programs through measures of cost savings, clinical quality, health status, and healthcare utilization by applying robust methodologies to large datasets and subsequently interpreting the results for presentation to Health Dialog’s clients. He works with the client services account directors on program optimization and to confirm that strategic client goals are being achieved. Stephen also has experience supporting client implementations and managing client programs.
