Tabassum Salam, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has practiced in both the ambulatory and hospital setting. She has been involved in medical education throughout her career. She served as the medical director of a population health team that partnered with hundreds of physicians across multiple states, bringing together clinical best practices, predictive data analysis and care management to optimize patient outcomes. Dr. Salam received her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
