Vice President, Consumer Analytics and Insights,
Teri Kaslow is Vice President of Consumer Analytics and Insights in Optum’s Consumer Experience discipline. In this role, she is responsible for “knowing” the consumer in order to create more meaningful consumer interactions through an integrated, omni-channel and personalized approach. Her analytic team develops and implements custom analytical solutions involving predictive modeling, segmentation and offer management. Her research team focuses on collecting voice of consumer through primary research.
Prior to joining Optum, Teri spent 20+ years in the credit risk analytics, marketing analytics and loyalty marketing disciplines with corporations such as Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) and Carlson Companies. Her teams provided support for clients in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Packaged Goods. Teri delivered analytics around customer insight, experimental design and segmentation as well as development of predictive models addressing acquisition, retention, reactivation, channel preference and cross-sell. She is recognized often as a top leader who drives a culture of high employee engagement.
Teri earned a B.A. in economics, mathematics and statistics from Saint Olaf College and completed graduate coursework in economics at the University of Minnesota. She remains active in academia as an adjunct faculty member instructing courses in economics and statistics.
