Seasoned leader, entrepreneur, and advisor, Theresa draws on 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry to deliver innovative digital health solutions that help people thrive.

Theresa is currently Chief Innovation Officer at Concern, a behavioral health services company headquartered in Silicon Valley, where she leads their digital strategy to promote mental wellbeing and reduce the stigma associated with getting mental health support.

Prior to Concern, Theresa was co-founder of Leade Health, a pioneer in health coaching and lifestyle behavior change interventions. Leade Health was a forerunner in creating an evidence-based model for health coaching that is still widely used today. Theresa later became Chief Operating Officer at ORCAS, a research and development company, where she collaborated with technologists and scientists to lead the product visioning and innovation on research projects sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. Theresa holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness Programming and Biology.
