Prior to joining IBM Tom was a Partner at Prophet, a global brand, go-to-market and customer experience consulting firm. Before that Tom was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Nielsen, Partner at Kurt Salmon Associates and various leadership roles in other organizations including Cisco. Tom began his career in what is now Accenture.
