Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota
Dr. Victoria Losinski graduated from the University of Minnesota with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2006 and her Ph.D. in Social and Administrative Pharmacy in 2011 from the same institution. In 2018 she completed her MBA with an emphasis in health care at the University of St. Thomas. Throughout her career she worked diligently to build programs and services that improve medication use for patients though expanded pharmacy services. She is currently the Director of Portfolio Strategy and Implementation in Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota’s Star Ratings, Quality, and Enterprise Risk Adjustment Center of Excellence where she is responsible for programs that close Star and Risk gaps and ensure members get the right care at the right time with the right experience.
Prior to joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Victoria was the Director of Healthcare for Target and oversaw the clinical services strategy for Target Pharmacies and Clinics as well as the clinical integrity of all quality and wellness based services. She also worked at Medication Management Systems as the Director of Implementation where she established and supported MTM programs with Medicare Part D plans, employer groups, health systems, and community pharmacies.
