More than 16 million seniors and individuals with disabilities choose to enroll in a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan because of the better quality care and innovative services these plans provide. While Medicare Advantage is popular among seniors, the things they value about their coverage – affordability, care coordination, disease management, quality – are put at risk by payment cuts to the program.
