About this Webinar

According to Rand, there is evidence to date that shows that consumers have difficulty making health insurance decisions that are in their best interest. Exploration into the factors influencing choice is lacking and dated, particularly among Medicaid populations.

In this webinar, we will discuss the behavioral and psychosocial factors along the member journey that increase the likelihood of a member taking action, and explore to what extent these factors align with the various personas. We will outline what plan features drew members to a specific plan, and to what extent, are they using and/or satisfied with those features.

What You'll Learn

  • How plans can apply a behavior science lens to examine research questions where there are limited or no clear answers to date among Medicaid populations
  • How technology can increase a plan’s ability to use this data to increase member satisfaction and create lifetime member value
  • How managing members’ Next Best Action elements will allow health insurance providers to greater impact their members lives
