The AHIP group rate is $317.00 Single, Double, Triple or Quad plus 14.95% sales tax.  The group rate is available until Friday, February 19, 2022, or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first). This cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.

Rooms at this rate are being held for arrival on Sunday, March 13, 2022, and departure on Thursday, March 17, 2022. Space is limited. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and the contracted rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations will be accepted by the hotel up to 14 days in advance of guest’s arrival without penalty. If reservation is cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the first and last night’s deposit.

Washington, DC has three (3) major airports that you can fly into for traveling convenience:

  1. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) – 6 miles to hotel; Average travel time: 6-10 minutes (by car or taxi).
  2. Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) – 27 miles to hotel; Average travel time: 45 minutes
  3. Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) – 33 miles from hotel; Average travel time: 45 minutes.

Directions

The Washington Hilton is located on upper Connecticut Avenue, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and DC's Metro subway system. TAKE WASHINGTON DC METRORAIL SYSTEM TO THE HOTEL

  • From Terminal A: Exit the terminal to the street side curb, and board any “Airport Shuttle” At the stops for Terminal B/C or Parking Garages B and C you can access an enclosed bridge which connects to the Metrorail station.
  • From Terminal B and C: Use either of two enclosed pedestrian bridges on the concourse level which connect directly to the station.
  • Take a Yellow Line Metro Train from National Airport towards “Greenbelt”.
  • Exit at sixth (6th) stop: Gallery Place/Chinatown.
  • Transfer to Red Line Metro Train towards Twinbrook/Rockville/Shady Grove.
  • Exit at third (3rd) stop: Dupont Circle.
  • Exit Station at Connecticut Ave, 20th Street & Q Streets, NW.
  • At the top of the escalator/station exit, turn right and walk-up 20th street till it merges with Connecticut Ave.
  • Continue walking on Connecticut Ave till you get to Florida Ave.
  • At Florida Ave traffic light, cross the street and turn left, walk ¼ of a block and you will see the main entrance of the Hilton on the right.

Parking at Hotel

The hotel offers self-parking only (no valet-parking) at $52.00 (excluding taxes, per day) which is covered, secured, and offers in and out privileges. Hotel cannot accommodate vehicles above 6 feet in height (Max height 6’2”) or call hotel directly at 202.483.3000 on car size limits.
