Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Training

Agents and Brokers play a vital role in helping consumers understand the Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM), explore their options, and get enrolled. Make sure you’re fully prepared to meet their demands with CMS-approved Federal Marketplace Training from AHIP.

Three training options are available:

  • Individual Marketplace — Required by CMS if you want to sell products on the Marketplaces for 2018 and also need to earn CE credits.
  • Refresher Course — A quick option if you passed your required Individual Marketplace training for 2017 and wish to update your training to sell on the Individual Marketplace for 2018, and you want only a few CE credits.
  • SHOP Marketplace — This module provides helpful information on guiding consumers.
