- 7 million: people covered by long-tern care insurance nationwide
- $155: average monthly premium per policy
- $149.7 billion: total estimated claims paid
- $170,000: estimated average claim per claimant in 2021
America is aging. By 2030, 1 in every 5 Americans will be a senior. By 2040, more than 14 million Americans will be 85 or older. Long-term care coverage can help ensure that we successfully care for this generation.
