Amy King

Founder & CEO, Pallet

Amy King is the founder and CEO of Pallet; a public benefit corporation working to end unsheltered homelessness and provide fair chance employment opportunities to people of all backgrounds.

Pallet has deployed more than 100 villages across 85 U.S. cities. She also co-founded Weld Seattle, a nonprofit that equips system-impacted individuals with housing, employment, and other resources conducive to reintegration back into society.  

She is the recipient of the Deborah Knutson Women in Leadership Award. In 2022, she ranked fifth in the Momentum 100 Top Impact list and was showcased in Entrepreneur as one of the 100 most influential women in the U.S. She was awarded the title of “Leaders Influencing our Future” for her work in human displacement.  

She holds a degree in Pre-Therapeutic and Community Psychology. Prior to founding Pallet, most of her career was devoted to Executive Business Administration in both public and private hospital settings, managing large teams in both surgical and sports medicine practices.
