Bryan Briegel provides strategic guidance related to Federal regulations impacting payers, providing guidance and oversight of Medicare Part D Retiree Drug Subsidy Reporting, now-sunset ERRP and CSR Reconciliation services, EDGE Server TPA services and Risk Adjustment Data Validation-IVA Services. More recently he has focused on healthcare interoperability, supporting payers meeting CMS’s Interoperability and Patient Access Rule, and supports compliance with the Transparency in Coverage Rule and the Consolidated Appropriations Act: No Surprises statutes. Mr. Briegel has been with Merative since 2002 holding various leadership positions.
