As the Managing Editor for Medicare Compliance content, Cheyenne is responsible for the research, guideline writing, and other content development initiatives focused on Medicare national and local clinical policy. Before joining MCG Health in 2018, she was the Clinical Lead for a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC). Her experience includes the development and implementation of national provider training programs and the management of medical review operations for two Medicare administrative jurisdictions. Her professional areas of focus are Medicare regulation education, compliance, and utilization review. A graduate of the University of Alabama, she received her master’s degree in nursing from the Capstone College of Nursing and is a registered nurse.
