With more than 15 years of managed care experience at a regional and national level, Christian Corzine brings her deep knowledge of population health, clinical operations, and empathetic, member-first leadership style to her current role as Vice President of Clinical Services and Operations at Medical Mutual. Christian oversees prior authorization, inpatient utilization, appeals, case management, and clinical systems at Medical Mutual, a Cleveland-based health insurer.
In her current role, she has been integral in driving the use of AI to ensure regulatory compliance and has decreased pain points for members and the provider community. She is passionate about leveraging technology to augment operations and decrease turn-around times to ensure members get high-quality care at the right time and in the right setting.
Prior to joining Medical Mutual, Christian spent nearly a decade building teams and leading clinical operations for commercial and Medicare lines of business across multiple markets and territories at Aetna, a CVS Health Company.
Christian is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from St. Louis University.
