Ethan Chernin

Senior Vice President Population Health, and Provider Services, Healthmap

Ethan is responsible for building Healthmap’s relationships with leading health systems, accountable care organizations (ACOs), clinical integrated networks (CINs) and other risk-bearing provider groups seeking population health and value-based solutions. In addition, he oversees Healthmap’s Population Health Service Organization.

Ethan has diverse leadership expertise with integrated health systems, value-based care contracting, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) models and population health analytics within the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Healthmap, Ethan was a senior executive at BayCare Health System, serving as the organization’s Vice President of Population Health and Chief Operating Officer of BayCare Physician Partners. He has held several other senior executive population health positions, including University Hospitals, Rainbow & Babies Children’s Hospital, and the Cleveland Clinic. Over the past 10 years, Ethan has had responsibility for managing over 1 million value-based care lives across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business.

He earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Health Systems Management from Case Western Reserve University.
