Ham’s healthcare experience covers administrative, clinical, financial, and customer experience management business domains delivering systems of record (e.g., EMR, HIS, Transcription, Billing and Claims processing), systems of engagement (e.g., Digital Front Door, CRM, Care Management), systems of intelligence exchange (e.g., Data Interoperability, Quality, Cost & Utilization, Pop Health, Loyalty) and solutions for Alternate Payment Model support (e.g., Direct Primary Care, Concierge Medicine, Value based care).
