Heather Kurtz
Director of Population Health, Security Health Plan
Heather Kurtz serves as Security Health Plan’s Director of Population Health and has held that position since 2020. As Director of Population Health, she is instrumental in executing Security’s population health strategy to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities. She provides executive, strategic and operational leadership of the Health Services Department and population health partners for Security Health Plan. She leads in the development of efficient programs and services available to Security Health Plan members and health care providers to support the delivery of high-quality care and affordable insurance products. She joined Security Health Plan in 2010 and brings experience from her previous roles in business intelligence and analytics.
