Jackie Moser is the Director, Telehealth Strategy and Solutions at UPMC Health Plan. At UPMC Health Plan, Jackie launched and grew successful Affordable Care Act plans, led regulatory filings, and managed strategic initiatives aimed at lowering cost and simplifying the member experience. Jackie is proud to collaborate with partners to create innovative insurance products that incorporate telehealth and deploy strategies to broaden digital adoption in provider and patient communities. Jackie earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.
