As Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at UCare, Jay Sivasailam leads the organization’s Customer Experience, Marketing, Digital, Product and Sales departments. He is passionate about helping UCare drive community, connection and compassion in service to its mission and members.
During more than 20 years working with local and national health plans, Jay has built expertise in bringing together data-driven strategies, modern technology and outside-in thinking to enable customers to lead their best lives. He also has a flair for leading high-performing teams and cultures. Jay is a sought-after speaker on omnichannel personalization in health care and a frequent presenter at industry conferences. He has a BA from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from Capella University and is currently completing a Master of Liberal Arts in Management through the Harvard University Extension Program.
