Jennie Giuliany, RN

Jennie Giuliany is a subject matter expert with more than 25 years of experience across the health care industry. She began her career leading help desk operations and software training at a large health system, and then transitioned to Managed Care, garnering experience with Claims, Utilization Management, and Health Plan Processes. After obtaining her nursing degree and working in Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, she rejoined the Managed Care world in a clinical role focused on Medicare and Medicaid Plans.

In her current role at HealthEdge, Jennie helps prospective and new customers understand how GuidingCare supports complex business processes and enables them to meet regulatory demands and deliver coordinated member care. She also works with partners to optimize their use of the GuidingCare application to improve member health outcomes.
