Jennifer Shermo
Chief Growth Officer, Security Health
Jennifer (Jenny) Shermo is the Chief Growth Officer for Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc. In that capacity, Jenny is a member of Security Health Plan’s Executive Leadership Team and responsible for all areas related to the Health Plan’s growth, including sales, marketing, product development and implementation. She also acts as a liaison for government relations.
She is a growth-oriented, health care and product development leader with more than 15 years of experience. She has a strong record of accomplishments in major product launches and government program strategies. In providing overall administration and oversight to Security Health Plan’s product development, Jenny has driven growth across all product lines through innovative product development, collaborative programming with Marshfield Clinic Health System, sales strategy and promotional planning.
Jenny graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations. She is pursuing her master of business administration degree at Fitchburg State University. Jenny represents Security Health Plan on several industry association committees.
