Jenny Wuehrmann is the Vice President of Client Success at Included Health, responsible for engagement and growth of the organization’s health plan partnerships. Previously, Jenny led Client Success at VirtualHealth, supporting care management optimization at leading health plans. Prior, Jenny spent many years at Evolent Health, developing and managing ACOs and other value-based care models and leading health systems through change. Jenny received her MA from the University of Illinois.
