Julia Herr leads the Loyalty Product and Strategy for Optum Health Solutions, a division of Optum. Within that portfolio are the newly enhanced Rally solution, and the rewards and engagement product roadmap. Her team manages day to day product operations and delivery, commercialization, and product development and innovation centered around the Rewards and Incentives space.
Julia has been with Optum for 4 years where she has focused on strategy, new product development, and strategic partnerships for both the Commercial and Medicare markets.
