Julie is a Docter of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, both received from Marquette University. Her approach to care has always been rooted in using movement as medicine. She has practiced as a licensed physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics over the course of her 14 year career and is licensed in 9 states.
Currently, she is the Lead Clinical Specialist at Sword Health and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is passionate not only about impacting access, diversity and inclusion in the healthcare model, but also about supporting the development of future clinicians to include quality, evidence-based care in this new care model.
