Karen Galambos

A FedEx team member for more than 24 years, Karen joined FedEx Express as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist in 1997. In 2016, she accepted the position of Staff Vice President with responsibilities for Enterprise Health Care, including the strategic planning, engagement, and administration of FedEx’s self-insured health plans.
Since 2004, Karen has held human resources leadership roles in talent acquisition, education and leadership programs, enterprise-wide reorganizations and initiatives, including the reinvigoration of the company culture and related strategic priorities. Karen is a three-time recipient of the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award. Karen holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and a B.A., Psychology, from Indiana University.
