Kevin Riley

At Salesforce, Mr. Kevin Riley leads the business in its effort to help healthcare companies modernize their customer-facing and operating capabilities on the comprehensive Salesforce platform. With more than two decades of healthcare technology experience, he created the methodology for designing healthcare business decisions into software (decision-driven CRM). He has designed and delivered solutions for some of the largest health companies in the world including CIGNA, Anthem, Humana, United Healthcare, CareCentrix, over 20 of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, and many more.
Before his role at Salesforce, Kevin held executive leadership positions for health companies ranging from convenient care to health insurance. He served as the first Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) in the American health insurance industry. He also founded and was the President and CEO of GuideWell Inc., a technology company that delivers integrated member and patient engagement and care solutions.
Mr. Riley holds a Masters of Business in entrepreneurship and marketing from Rice University.
