Kimberly Swanson
Chief of Staff, Healthmine
Kimberly brings over 15 years of healthcare and health plan operations and consulting experience to Healthmine.
Kimberly most recently came from Network Health Plan, where she led her MA plan to a coveted 5-star rating and ran nationally top-ranked quality programs for over 6 years. She had oversight of all quality programs, population health programs, and value-based care programs. She was responsible for the integration of quality, performance improvement and patient/member satisfaction initiatives across the Health Plan and provider systems.
Prior to Network Health, Kimberly served in several leadership positions with Valence Health, APS Healthcare, and the New York City Department of Health.
As Chief of Staff, Kimberly oversees Healthmine's administrative functions, drives product strategy, and advises clients on how to design and optimize programs for long-term success with quality programs, health equity, MLR, and value-based care.
Kimberly is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Public Administration from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University. Kimberly completed a Foundations of Health Equity Research certification through John Hopkins University.
