Kirk Anderson is a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Cambia Health Solutions. An early adopter of HL7 FHIR and cloud-based technology, Kirk was an early supporter and advocate of the Da Vinci Project.
A founding member and active member of the leadership, he has been a Steering Committee representative for the Payer community since the project’s inception. In Spring 2019 Cambia formally announced intent to implement initial Da Vinci use cases in partnership with two leading provider organizations in Pacific NW, Multicare and Oregon Health Science University (OHSU). In addition to Da Vinci, Kirk is advancing patient’s access to their own data through support of the innovation community, investment in CARIN Alliance. Under Kirk’s leadership Da Vinci will also use of Bulk FHIR for population level APIs for Member Identification for Value Based Contract between providers and payers. Previous to his current role Kirk was the Chief Information Security Officer for Cambia Health Solutions and WebMD.
