Krischa Winright
President, Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
Krischa Winright serves as president, Medicare Advantage. She and her team advance comprehensive Medicare Advantage product and enablement solutions for individuals, customer groups and joint venture partners. In this role, Krischa leads the development of core Medicare Advantage services that set the standard nationally in improving health outcomes and customer experience for seniors.
Under her leadership, the organization is leveraging this industry-leading model to serve the Michigan market and partner with health plans across the country to optimize their Medicare Advantage performance. Her team is also responsible for delivering Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug Plan products.
Krischa has more than 25 years of healthcare and technology leadership experience and extensive knowledge of Medicare Advantage and marketing. She is passionate about driving the business transformation required to deliver superior solutions to the senior market while achieving sustained growth. Her key focus areas include leveraging advanced analytics, deploying innovative clinical programs, creating digital solutions to drive increased consumer engagement, and advancing partnerships with key providers, partners, employers, and agents.
Krischa joined Senior Health Services in 2017 as the senior vice president of key group accounts, sales, and marketing. Her responsibilities within the organization continue to expand. She was named president of Medicare Advantage in March 2023. Krischa also served for 18 years in a variety of leadership positions including chief information officer and chief marketing officer of Priority Health, a subsidiary of Corewell Health. There, Krischa supported the launch of new product development and distribution for government markets.
