Lisa is a Principle Product Developer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and has been critical to the success of our Care Management Transformation work. Lisa has led multiple projects to improve the health and decrease the medical expense of high or rising risk members.
Lisa’s career has included clinical nursing, multiple leadership roles, and Quality initiatives focused on Health. She is especially interested in using AI in the Care Management space, and coordinating interventions to support the “whole person” including medical and behavioral health, drivers of health, and culturally sensitive care.
