Marsha Kessler serves as VP and Deputy Director of the Center to Advance Consumer Partnership, Commonwealth Care Alliance’s non-profit dedicated to transforming care for people with complex needs through authentic consumer partnership.
Prior to joining CCA Marsha served as a master examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige award and consultant / coach to several national healthcare Baldrige recipients including Henry Ford Health System, SouthCentral Foundation and Adventist Health Castle. She has over 25 years’ experience leading successful cross-functional and organization-wide change. She has a background is in systems engineering, statistics, process improvement and strategy and is passionate about increasing healthcare organization’s ability to understand and use data to drive results, build inclusive / high performing cultures and ensure patient voices are included as an essential part of healthcare system design. She is deeply committed to maximizing human potential, health and wellbeing for all people and serves as a founding volunteer for an innovative program helping first generation and low-income students through the college process.
