Meg Murphy, PharmD
Pharmacy and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Surescripts
Dr. Meg Murphy is the Pharmacy and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Surescripts. At Surescripts, Meg collaborates with industry stakeholders to support initiatives and advance regulatory efforts around clinical technology that prioritizes patient safety and enhances the quality of care across the practice of pharmacy. Prior to joining Surescripts, Meg was responsible for pharmacy practice transformation initiatives at the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), working alongside pharmacists, health care professionals and policymakers to empower pharmacists to deliver clinical services.
Meg has also worked closely with several national and state pharmacy associations and brings experience working with several independent community pharmacies. She graduated with leadership distinction from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy after earning a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences at the University of South Carolina. Meg is currently working toward her MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
