Previously, Melanie Bella was EVP of Policy and Duals Strategy for Cityblock Health, a value-based provider focusing on Medicaid and dual eligibles. Before Cityblock, Melanie served as the first Director of the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and has also served as the Medicaid director for the state of Indiana.
Melanie earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, and a bachelor's degree from DePauw University.
