Melinda is the Vice President & Head of Employer Sales at Sharecare. For the past 5 years, Melinda has led Sharecare’s growth efforts in the Western region working with Fortune 100 employers, health plans, and health systems. Melinda joined Sharecare following its acquisition of Healthways in 2016. Melinda was the Vice President of Product Development for Healthways and was responsible for the product design and development of Healthways’ consumer-facing applications. The design efforts of Melinda and her team were recognized by Information Week as #13 of the Top 500 innovative technology companies and one of the “20 Great Ideas to Steal”. Melinda received her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and Master of Business Administration from Lipscomb University.
