Michael Keyes is the Vice President of Health Plan Sales at PointClickCare, where he leads health plan growth and serves as an executive sponsor. He joined the company in 2019, drawn to its unique solution for real-time, bidirectional communication for health plans.
Michael started as a physical therapist, but after earning an MBA, he transitioned to consulting with health plans on network optimization, population health, and value-based care. With his extensive background in health care, health plan administration, value-based care, network development, and provider relations, Michael leads the sales team and supports the needs of clients in the health plan and payer space.
