He is board-certified in adult and child psychiatry. Prior to joining Spring Health, Dr. Brown spent 21 years in the Army where he served in several key roles in rebuilding the Army behavioral health system in response to the massive demand resulting from the Iraq/Afghanistan wars and led the development of the Behavioral Health Data massive demand resulting from the Iraq/Afghanistan wars and led the development of the Behavioral Health Data Portal which has been used to implement measurement-based care and track clinical outcomes in over 8 million encounters across Army, Navy and Air Force behavioral health clinics.
