Norine is currently a Senior Digital Adoption Partner at Wellframe, assisting customers with the implementation and reassessment processes of digital care management. Key focus areas of her position include workflow discussions/development, reviewing progress to organization/ team and individual goals and facilitating workshops/meetings for leaders on change management skillsets to guide teams on implementing digital care management specifically.
She has more than 28 years of experience in the nursing field including acute care, home health, long term care, and care management. Norine held various positions within Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) in Omaha, NE, the most recent being Director of the Care Management and Appeals teams, where she led the three nursing teams, implementing digital care management and transforming the longstanding traditional telephonic model.
Norine received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from Creighton University and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her master's degree had special focus in the area of Community and Public Health Nursing. Norine is a member of the Nebraska Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association.
