As President of Commercial Markets at Point32Health (Harvard Pilgrim Health Care/Tufts Health Plan) — a $9.0 billion, non-profit health services company serving over two million members — Patrick oversees the commercial market stretching over four New England states and nationally through a partnership with United Healthcare. With more than a decade of experience in the health care market, he specializes developing a strategic vision, facilitating external partnerships, leveraging talent, and leading a team of over 300 staff to identify the most promising opportunities within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine. With a background in law and regulatory affairs, Patrick understands the careful balance of the external market and the regulatory landscape, with executing on strategic initiatives in a matrix organization.

Previously, as Vice President of the Massachusetts Market for Point32Health, Patrick led market-based strategy for the Massachusetts commercial market, a $3 billion line of business, with direct responsibility for achieving growth and profitability targets. Under his leadership, the Massachusetts market has delivered consistent results.

Patrick graduated in 2000 from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and received a law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2005.
