Rachel is the CEO & Cofounder of Ounce of Care which is a nationwide resident services platform that empowers healthy & thriving affordable housing communities. Ounce’s mission is to transform how underserved communities access vital services and life-changing resources.
The Ounce platform and team support over 20K residents across the country through public benefits enrollment, health and social care coordination, and community-based programming that improve resident outcomes and quality of life. Prior to starting Ounce, Rachel was on the founding team at Tomorrow Health, a home health company which she dropped out of MIT’s MBA program to join. As Head of Business Development, she was responsible for go-to-market strategy, built and implemented partnerships with insurers, and scaled teams across BD & operations. Prior to Tomorrow Health, she was an investor for a private equity firm and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. She holds a B.S. in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University.
