Rachel Reese, Moderator

Over the past 30 years, Rachel has held a number of positions in the health care industry, focused on payers. At Express Scripts, Rachel was directly responsible for bringing 9 new logos to the PBM’s health plan division. Prior to joining Express Scripts in 2017, Rachel spent 3 years leading a team focused on health plans and government market strategies for BioIQ. In that role, the contracts she executed to assist health plans in improving Stars and HEDIS measures directly led to over 300,000 patients being screened for colorectal cancer. Before her time at BioIQ, Rachel was an Executive Director of Business Development for America’s Health Insurance Plans.
