Executive Director & Head, Product Solutions, Aetna, a CVS Heath Company
Becky has been in a healthcare related role for over 25 years focusing on medical devices, health insurance, marketing, compliance, product development, compliance, and communications. She has survived multiple acquisitions that started with First Health/Coventry in May of 2007, to the most recent purchase of Aetna by CVS Health. During her tenure, Becky has held a variety of positions that lead her to her current one as Executive Director, Product Strategy and Management.
Becky wears many ‘hats’ within the commercial product organization where she still works at Aetna. One ‘hat’ includes managing a team of product managers who focus on Public Sector and Labor’s unmet needs. They work collectively as a team to identify, analyze, evaluate, and create products and solutions that are customized to fit the needs of our Public Sector and Labor clients and prospective clients. Another ‘hat’ leads a team of vendor managers who negotiate, size, implement and manage point solutions that enhance or amplify our differentiated capabilities.
Becky graduated from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She went on to achieve her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb Illinois.
