Rob Mitchell is the Program Manager for Telehealth Operations at UPMC Health Plan. Rob works across UPMC Health Plan to identifies opportunities in which telehealth can add value to lines of business, including working to define, scope, execute, and grow UPMC VirtualCare. He has worked to lay the foundation for digital transformation by supplementing a telehealth-driven clinical model and unique digital member experiences. Rob earned his Masters in Epidemiology at the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelors of Science at Penn State University.
