Sandra Lynn

Sandra has over fifteen years of experience working with clients and vendors on HR and Benefits Outsourcing, and is certified in HSA Administration, Healthcare Reform, and Global Human Resources. She joined Fidelity's Health Care Group in 2020 to lead distributor vendor relationships for HSA, Flexible Spending and Reimbursement Accounts. In this role, Sandra leads contracting, integration, performance reporting and productivity of channel distribution relationships.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Sandra worked for competing organizations in the HSA, Reimbursement Accounts and Benefits Administration space, directing client management and strategic partnership organizations.
Sandra holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and an MBA in the Business of Health Care from the Arizona State University WP Carey School of Business. She also holds a FINRA Series 7 license and NASAA Series 63 licenses in all 50 states.
